    2 smiles Absolutely terrible
    The carpet by the air conditioner was wet in the first room. was moved to another room. The window did not close properly. maintenance employee came to fix it and the result was the same, it would not close. had to stuff a towel in the bottom of the window to get the window sealed. Further, the hotel room smelled like mold. This seems to be an older property that has not been adequately maintained.

    HAVE BEEN TRAVELING TO JACKSONVILLE FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS AND this property HAS SERVED AS "HOME AWAY FROM HOME" EMONDAY - THURSDAY NIGHT OF THAT TIME. THE FRONT DESK STAFF, ESPECIALLY THE EVENING STAFF, ARE EXCEPTIONAL. THERE WAS ALWAYS SERVICE WITH A SMILE AND THEY WERE ALWAYS QUICK TO ACCOMMODATE ANY REQUESTS MADE. ALWAYS KNEW THAT WOULD CHECK INTO A LARGE, spotless hotel room AND COULD EXPECT WARM, FRIENDLY GREETINGS FROM THE STAFF. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property FOR ANY BUSINESS TRAVELER OUT THERE - there's EVEN HIGH SPEED net AT A AFFORDABLE RATE !
